Sofia Falcone, referred to as The Hangman, is labeled a psychopathic serial killer, but Cristin Milioti's interpretation doesn't really inspire fear or portray instability. In Episode 2, we see a hint of her erratic behavior when she puts on a scary mask to intimidate a mother. Still, Milioti's performance feels inconsistent, lacking the conviction needed to fully embody her role. Her large eyes and pained expression seem overly exaggerated in their attempt to show "delirium" and "instability." Right now, our insight into Sofia is mostly about her love for her brother and her passionate search for his killer, which limits the complexity of her character.
