Spellbound Review - A Musical With A Terrible Message

Spellbound on Myflixer to website chronicles the exploits of Ellian, the resilient young daughter of Lumbria's rulers, who, when her parents are changed by a mystery spell, must embark on a risky mission to redeem her family and realm. The film is a contemporary retelling of a fairy tale that tells a family's narrative using well-known components such a kingdom, princess, king, queen, and a spell.

Spellbound

I enjoy how Spellbound depicts dysfunctional family relationships and how many kids think their parents are monsters. However, Princess Ellian's royal parents were really turned into monsters by a spell. This metamorphosis serves as a useful comparison between tweens and parents in realizing this sinister vision. With its lively, colorful animation, the film is full of love, fun, and family. I was unable to take my eyes off the screen since every sight is so stunning. All of the characters are quite cute.

Spellbound

The all-star voice cast of Spellbound is lead by Rachel Zegler, who plays Ellian, the ideal princess with a lovely voice who is self-reliant and upbeat. That's what I appreciate in a princess. Ludo the Oracle of the Moon is voiced by Tituss Burgess, while Sunny the Oracle of the Sun is voiced by Nathan Lane. They make the ideal duo. Jenifer Lewis and John Lithgow are other outstanding cast members.
